Terms and Conditions: Rental & Disposal Agreement

 

1. Initial Rental and Delivery

The Customer agrees to pay an initial base rental fee at the time of booking. This fee covers the delivery of the container, a set rental period, and the first one (1) ton (2,000 lbs) of debris.

 

2. Tonnage and Overweight Charges

The final weight of the container will be determined by a certified scale at the disposal facility.

• Allowance: One (1) ton is included in the base price.

• Overage: Any weight exceeding the first ton will be billed at a rate of $235.00 per ton.

• Overage charges are pro-rated based on the exact weight recorded at the scale.

 

3. Surchargeable Items (Special Handling)

Certain items require specialized disposal and incur additional fees regardless of weight. By placing these items in the container, the Customer agrees to the following surcharges:

Mattresses / Box Springs- $170.00, TVs / LCD Displays / Monitors $75.00, Freon-Containing Appliances (A/C, Fridges, etc.) $65.00, Truck Tires $70.00, Car Tires $40.00, Batteries $35.00

 

4. Final Invoicing and Payment Authorization

The Customer provides authorization for Send It Rolloff Service to keep a credit card on file for all charges.

• Initial Charge: Processed at the time of order/delivery.

• Final Charge: Upon receipt and processing of the container at the disposal facility, any applicable tonnage overages and item surcharges will be calculated.

• Automatic Billing: The Customer’s credit card will be automatically charged for the final balance immediately upon receipt of the weight ticket and inspection of the load.

 

Important Tips:

• Level Loads: Debris must not exceed the "Max Fill" line for safe transport.

• Prohibited Items: Anything with Asbestos
